I commend you greatly and I really do appreciate you for the effort that you’ve overcome to help in the fight on heart disease, and I understand that you were a patient and I was wondering what did you do to win the battle? And what did you do or eat, I havent had the time to look into your story.

I too have that wonderful scar down the center of my bosom. I wear v-neck tops that show it and I am very proud to say that I am a survivor.
I love seeing this.

I am actually a cancer and heart disease survivor. My heart problems were actually the result of radiation therapy for Hodgkins Disease 30 years ago. Two years ago I underwent surgery and had double bypass, a mitral valve replacement, and tricuspid valve repair.
It was a long recovery and there were times we didn’t think I would make it. But now I am working out and walking 2 miles several times a week.
I became a grandmother for the first time this past year. Definitely the best reward I could ask for and excellent reason to stay healthy.
I’m glad I found this site.
